Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Open Heart Kollective Co. LLC ("OHK," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through openheartkollective.com. The site currently presents concepts in development, community voting, and a pre-launch priority list.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, optional mobile number, product interests, votes, and marketing choices. For a vote, the site stores your selected concept with a random browser-generated vote identifier so you can update that vote from the same browser. The vote is not tied to your email unless you separately submit the priority-list form.
- Campaign and device information: referring page, landing page, UTM campaign parameters, browser-generated visitor and session identifiers, pages viewed, and interactions such as capsule views, video plays, votes, shares, and form submissions.
- Technical information: information automatically processed by our hosting and security providers, which may include IP address, browser type, device type, and request logs. To reduce automated votes and form abuse, OHK temporarily stores a rotating one-way identifier derived from the connection address; the raw address is not stored in the voting database.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the site; count votes; maintain the priority list; understand which concepts and campaigns interest visitors; send communications you requested; improve the site; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with law.
Analytics and advertising pixels
Essential storage supports voting, forms, security, and your privacy choice. Optional analytics and advertising technologies—including Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, and Meta Pixel when configured—load only after you select “Accept analytics.” These services may process identifiers and activity under their own privacy terms. Select “Privacy Choices” in the footer to revisit the choice on this browser.
Email and text messages
Email updates are sent only after you check the email consent box. Optional text-message consent is separate. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to hosting, database, analytics, advertising, email, text-message, security, and professional-service providers that support OHK; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising activity may be treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain state laws; optional pixels remain off when you decline.
Retention and security
We retain priority-list information while you remain subscribed or as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Votes and campaign analytics are retained while OHK evaluates the concepts and campaign performance. They do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Abuse-prevention identifiers expire automatically at the end of their rate-limit window and are removed during subsequent submissions. You can clear the vote identifier and saved choice from this browser by clearing its site data; that does not erase the submitted vote record. To request deletion of a vote or priority-list information, contact us below. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe through an email link, reply STOP to texts, decline optional tracking, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify a request. To make a privacy request, email privacy@openheartkollective.com.
Children
The site and priority list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
